ISS was founded in 2002 by Dennis MacInnis, a long time amateur scout based in eastern Canada. MacInnis achieved his dream of creating a truly independent scouting service to advise teams, leagues, agents and fans around the world. Over the years MacInnis developed a deep scouting staff to cover the many areas around the globe and has been instrumental in training and mentoring hundreds of up and coming scouts. The alumni of ISS is long and grows every year as scouts use ISS as their entry way into the industry.

ISS Hockey rankings, evaluations, game reports, player reports, player profiles, and more are exclusively available to hockey professionals through parent company’s RinkNet Scouting Software.
