ISS Hockey PDP Process:

1. ISS will provide a ISS Future Stars Report.
2. Upon completion of the enclosed Registration Form, ISS will setup a player profile in the ISS-Rinknet Database.
3. The Combine will include:
   • Scrimmage(s)
   • Next Testing
   • ISS Power Skills Development Program
4. ISS scouts will attend the ISS Combine and scout each age group.
5. ISS evaluations will be entered in each player’s online profile.
6. Please fill out the registration and fax to 1-613-482-4941.
