ISS Future Stars ID Camps

and

ISS Future Stars Player Development Program

The mission of our ID Camp and Player Development Program is to incorporate leading edge technologies and proprietary products and training methods into the development of each player. Unlike any other program our program is measurable and as such accountable.

ISS will hold ID Camps all over North America to IDENTIFY all prospective Future Stars. Second, ISS will TEST each Future Star and use state of the art testing to understand the skill level of player. Third, ISS will help each Future Star DEVELOP by establishing a player specific development program.

The ISS Future Stars Player Development Program will:

• Identify;
• Test;
• Develop; and
• Graduate

ISS will use its own proprietary skills development program called the Joe Quinn Power Edge Program. ISS Head Scout Joe Quinn's Power Edge Program utilizes a proprietary product and program proven to elevate a player’s skating, acceleration, puck handling and edge work. The Power Edge Program will be introduced at the ISS Summer Development Camps.

ISS will design a specific program focused on addressing the potential weaknesses while developing the player’s overall skills and ability. Our goal is to help each player/athlete achieve his/her goals. As a company that also specializes in scouting, we further intend to capture all the information and provide Individual Scouting Reports to each player. It is our mission to be the leader in hockey information and player development worldwide. We will include the player development program information in our monthly ISS Future Stars Report. ISS will have further information on our website shortly.

Our identification (“ID”) camps will be held in regions all across Canada and the United States. We will notify players via email of our regional camps. We accept approximately 5 goalies, 15 defensemen and 25 forwards from each region. Our professional scouts, player evaluators and coaches will provide a professional scouting evaluation that is uploaded into our ISS-Rinknet Database. Each player will have their own username and password to log onto to their very own online player profile similar to that of players being scouted for each upcoming draft. The player profile will become the focal point that tracks each player’s development.

ISS intends to develop teams from all the regions who will play in various elite events all over North America as well as our own showcase event. In regard to the teams and tournaments, we will have more information on our website very shortly.

Any player who attends our ID camps will be eligible for our summer skills development camps. Our summer program will utilize the state of the art testing results to develop a player specific develop program.
